7. Avoid the use of harmful and addictive substances such as smoking, alcohol, and various types of narcotics.

Rest and sleep play an important role in maintaining our body's health. Because adequate sleep is a basic need for the well-being and health of the body. With adequate rest and sleep, the body becomes healthier, improves mood, controls weight, improves memory and thinking, relieves fatigue, and increases the body's immune system.

9. Maintain cleanliness

Maintaining personal hygiene is very important, especially to keep ourselves healthy and clean, and reduce the risk to ourselves and our loved ones of getting sick. Especially in the Covid-19 pandemic era, which requires cleanliness and sanitation of ourselves and our environment. To prevent the spread of diseases, we need to maintain cleanliness by regularly washing hands with soap before and after eating, after defecation and urination, when bathing, after sneezing and coughing, after using public facilities, before and after caring for sick people, when returning home from outside, after touching garbage, etc. In addition, it is necessary to maintain the cleanliness of the bed and house, it is also not to open windows in the morning to maintain air circulation and so that sunlight can enter to kill bacteria in the house, regularly dispose of trash in its place, etc.
